Concita Watkis-Sibblies, M.A., CASAC-A, MHC-I

Concita Watkis-Sibblies is a dedicated and compassionate mental health therapist intern, committed to supporting clients as they navigate life& challenges. She is currently completing her supervised clinical training at Rise Up Together Therapy PLLC and Sycamore Haven Mental Health Counseling PLLC as part of her journey to becoming a psychotherapist.

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Service Counseling from Liberty University and is currently pursuing a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Mental Health Counseling and the necessary courses for Diagnostic Privileges from Alfred University.

During her academic career, she gained a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy. 

Concita works with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, addiction, and self-esteem issues. She takes a client-centered approach, prioritizing empathy, active listening, and collaboration to help individuals identify and achieve their goals.

Concita has a special interest in working with individuals, helping them navigate the unique challenges of identity development and personal growth. She is committed to creating a safe and inclusive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their feelings. She is passionate about reducing mental health stigma and making therapy accessible to diverse populations.
