Nadia Jackson-Taylor, MHC-I

Born in Jamaica and deeply connected to Caribbean culture, I bring a unique perspective to the field of mental health. After many years working in the legal field, I transitioned to counseling to follow my passion for helping others in a more personal and transformative way. I am currently a master’s student at Pace University, maintaining a 4.0 GPA while specializing in Mental Health Counseling.

During my graduate training, I gained valuable experience working with children facing behavioral challenges and supporting individuals at an eating disorder clinic. These experiences, combined with my professional background, have strengthened my commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. I am especially passionate about serving individuals from Caribbean communities, helping to bridge gaps in access and understanding in mental health services.
